Etex Building Performance Limited warrants to the purchaser that the Siniat drywall systems as originally designed, built and unaltered will perform to the original laboratory performance parameters as set out in the Siniat Drywall Manual and other relevant literature as published by Siniat. The System must be constructed solely with the proprietary products and components as supplied by Siniat. The System must be installed by a professional installer in accordance with the Siniat Drywall Manual, the specification documents issued by Siniat, CAD drawings, advice and all relevant and applicable construction standards and regulations. |
