Premium alkoxy, neutral cure silicone sealant, for perimeter sealing of windows and doors.
Application
Suitable for:
- Good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces including un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), coated timber, brickwork, concrete, glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), stainless/ galvanised steel, aluminium and lead.
- Sealing penetration joints, gutters, fascias, trims and flashings in domestic and metal-clad buildings.
- Perimeter pointing and sealing around timber, metal and PVC-U windows and doors.
- General applications around the building envelope for internal and external use.
Description
A single part, neutral cure, silicone sealant which offers good all-round performance and durability in most construction joints.
Features and benefits:
- Good tooling and application characteristics.
- Cures to form a durable weatherproof seal flexible at low and high temperatures.
- Non-oxime based cure.
- Conforms to EN 15651-1: F-EXT-INT-CC, EN 15651-2: G-CC, Tested by BSRIA and shown to be effective in meeting the requirements for DW144 Class C High-Pressure Ductwork up to 1500 Pa (Report No. 58936/2).
- Base technology: Silicone polymer.
- Curing system: Neutral cure - Alkoxy.
- No slump.
