Description

Sikasil® FS-665 SL is a one component, fire rated, self-levelling, low-modulus, silicone sealant with excellent adhesion to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates.

Approvals:

  • Fire rated to EN 11925-2/ DIN 4102-B1, with up to four hours insulation and integrity (BS 476–20).
  • Meets the requirements of ISO 11600 25 LM F and G, ASTM C 920.
  • CE marked according to EN 15651-4:2012, PW INT 25LM, and certified by Control Body 1119.

Available in 6 kg pouch or 25 kg pail. Consult manufacturer for information regarding suitable preparation and application methods for this product.

  • Service temperature: -40 to +150°C.
  • Application temperature: 5 to +40°C.
  • Tensile strength (CQP 036-1 / ISO 37): ~0.6 MPa.
  • Shore A Hardness (CQP 023-1 / ISO 868): ~15.
  • Elongation at break (CQP 036-1 / ISO 37): ~600%.
  • Thermal resistance: 180°C. Short term: 200°C (four hours), 220 °C (one hour).
