Application
Can be used on horizontal, sloped and vertical surfaces. It is a proven way of topping car parks, lorry decks, bridges, walkways and platforms.
Description
A polymer modified paving grade of mastic asphalt, specifically designed for elevated decks, car parks, lorry decks, bridges, podiums and more. It has been designed, tested and certified as being durable enough for commercial traffic. The polymer modification allows the product to retain its integrity at lower temperatures, and on areas with more movement than that which conventional grades of mastic asphalt could withstand.
Technical characteristics:
- Specific gravity: 2.0-2.4.
- Water vapour permeability: 0.067% (g/day).
- Compressive strength (to BS EN 13892-2): 20 N/mm² (after five days).
- Flash point: <300°C.
