Self-levelling Compound


  • Suitable for internal use in wet and dry areas when electric underfloor heating is laid beneath carpets, Karndean, vinyl or bonded engineered board floors.
  • Will accept most other types of floor covering, including polyvinyl chloride (PVC), linoleum, ceramic tiles, parquet, and textile carpeting.
  • Compatible with heating mats, 3 mm heating cable, FlexHeat cable, 7 mm cable and thermal insulation boards.
  • Not suitable for use outdoors or in water tanks and swimming pools.


High quality, fibre-reinforced, flexible self-levelling compound, specifically designed for use with electric underfloor heating.

Features and benefits:

  • Provides a safe base to install the floor onto.
  • Can be used with almost any type of floor covering, once dried.
  • Works with underfloor heating to provide optimum heat spread, ensuring no hot or cold spots, and a fast warm up time.
  • Chemically dries and can be walked on in three hours, with further surface treatment possible from six hours after pouring.
  • The compound will naturally smooth the surface on to which it is applied.
  • The hardened mix has good moisture resistance characteristics.
  • A fall to a drain can be created if reduced water content is used.
  • Can be used in thicknesses of 5–50 mm in a single pour (12 mm thickness is required when used with underfloor heating).
  • Low dust formula.
  • Can be applied with hand tools or via a mixing pump.
  • CE marked.
  • Supplied in 20 kg bags.
  • Opening time 10 to 20 minutes.
