Description

Sedum carpet substrate is a growing medium consisting of a specific blend of high quality crushed brick and selected mineral aggregates, enriched with a small amount of mature compost. The product has excellent water permeability and high porosity. It is used as a substrate to support the growth of extensive sedum plants in green roof applications. Sedums can be individually plug planted or seed sown by hand, spread as sedum shoots or hydroseeded. Pre-cultivated sedum mats are also available.
