Medium security built-on roller shutter with punched holes on the aluminium slats.
The shutter will lock automatically at the top when fully lowered. The bottom section of the shutter box is riveted after installation. The fixing screw-heads are rendered unusable and are concealed behind cover caps. The aluminium slats coil tightly into a range of compact boxes (137–250 mm), minimizing their visual impact.

Product Options | Finish: - Slats: A finish must be selected for both the main body, and the bottom slat. Guide rails: Extruded aluminium with an integral box section for reinforcement and to facilitate fixing, with 5 mm pile brush seals for quiet and smooth operation. Operation: - Electric: Provision of a 13 A fused spur is required for installation. A manual override should be priced and ordered separately for shutters which are to be installed on exit doorways to permit operation in the event of a power failure. - Rod crank operation: Secures to a clip when not in use. The gear is installed in the box, the gear ratio varies with shutter weight. Spring loaded: An espagnolette key lock or shoot bolts lock into the guide rails and are usually incorporated in the bottom slat. Final adjustment of the spring loading after installation is always required. - Swivel belt winder: The belt is 14 mm wide and grey in colour. External shutters are supplied with a guide tube to protect the belt through the building wall. Control: Electric: Momentary switch which must be held until the shutter reaches the desired position. |
