The Sanidor Glide range of sliding hygiene doors designed to offer provide exceptional hygiene performance combined with excellent durability. The doors are a great choice for a wide variety of internal and external applications in hygiene-critical areas. The doors are constructed from 37 mm-thick high-grade steel leaves. Door acoustically and thermally isolated with highly pressured polyurethane foam additionally strengthening construction of the door wing with an injected foam insulated core which has a density of 50 kg/m³ providing excellent thermal performance. All joints are fully welded which ensure the doors are very rigid and also prevents ingress of any bacteria or fluids inside the leaf. The frames are typically constructed from stainless steel and can be constructed with a wrap-around design to create a hygienic reveal detail, resulting in a very pleasing finish. Each door is manufactured bespoke for the project and is therefore suited to the environment, wall thickness and traffic flow.

The doors are available sliding to one side or with two leaves and bi-parting. The leaves and frames can be finished in brushed stainless steel or in a variety of paint colours. The doors are commonly manually operated and are very easy to operate. There are a variety of options including manual locks and different types of handles as well as connection to electronic access control. They are also available fully automated and with a variety of operation methods.

Another popular option is a variety of impact protection plates including stainless steel kickplates to help prevent damage to the door leaves. A variety of sizes and shapes of flush glazed visions panels are available.

Optional automations: Pass doors can be retrofitted with automation. The drives are very silent and durable and ensure very hygienic and comfortable work in special areas. Automatic activators such as; Elbow activator (standard), distance sensors (optional), knee switches (standard).

Other optional extras: optical battery (option for self-closing doors),  automatic closing after time, locking system, locking system connected with light, locking system of group of doors and key-lock or access control system, The door will include a stainless steel wrap around frame, stainless steel pipe-rail running track for improved wash down performance, stainless steel finish to the leaf; the manufacturer recommends this option for doorways where there is a high risk of accidental impact.
