Description

Dry, pre-mixed, cementitious screed for interior floors in civil constructions. Composed of cements, graded sands and specific additives. To be applied in thicknesses of between 30–60 mm.

  • pH value: Alkaline.
  • Mixing water required: 16% (approximately).
  • Yield: 18 kg/m² (approximately, per 10 mm thickness).
  • Shrinkage: <0.4 mm/m (approximately).
  • Can be walked on (at 20°C): After 24 hours (approximately).
  • Working time: 30 minutes (approximately).
  • Typical drying time (at 20°C, 65% RH): 1 week per 10 mm for the first 40 mm of thickness, 2 weeks per 10 mm for each additional 10 mm. At lower temperatures and/ or higher RH, drying time can be longer.
  • Density (when hardened): 2100 kg/m³ (approximately).
  • Flexural strength (after 28 days): 5 N/mm² (approximately).
  • Compressive strength (after 28 days): 20 N/mm² (approximately).
  • Thermal conductivity coefficient (to EN 12524): λ = 1.41 W/m·K.
  • Conformity (to EN 13813): CT-C20-F5.
