Description

An innovative wall system with inherent insulation, acoustic and fire ratings in the form of a lightweight solid panel, and allows for the direct application of finishes including tiles and paint.


Specwall is quicker, cheaper and can be installed in any weather or conditions. It is a ready-to-paint wall with fire, acoustic and thermal performance in one solid, robust, composite panel that allows you to fix anywhere without the need for additional plywood pattressing.

Panel partitioning

Two 75 mm Specwall panels with a minimum 10 mm gap; base track; 'L' angles (x2).

Panels consist of 4.5 mm-thick fibre cement boards on both surfaces, with a 622 kg/m³ insulating concrete core between.


Base track: 78 x 20 x 1.5 mm.

'L' angles (x2): used to restrain the board in the head detail.

Joint treatment

Fully filled with Mapei grout filler.
