Traditional flat interlocking roof tile.

Features and benefits:

  • Mock joint provides the appearance of small slates or tiles when laid broken bonded.
  • Incorporates the security benefits of an interlocking design.
  • Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 490 and BS EN 491.
  • Provides thermal insulation from heat during the summer months.
  • Protects the underlying membrane from deterioration, and protects the roof from snow and ice accumulation.
  • Part of the Russell Commercial range.

Batten size (minimum):

50 x 25 mm (for rafters not exceeding 600 mm).

Fixing:

Suitable for use with 50 x 3.35 mm aluminium alloy nails (smooth or ring shank dependent on fixing specification), and Russell Commercial range tile clips fixed with 65 x 3.35 mm aluminium alloy nails.

Accessories:

A range of complementary ridge, verge, hip tiles and valleys with corresponding fixing products used in conjunction with dry fix ridge, hip and verge systems along with roof ventilation products are available; consult manufacturer for details.

Approvals:

  • Non-combustible when tested to BS 476: Part 3, 2004 (spread of flame and fire prevention).
  • SAA classification.
