Description

Plain or fabric acoustic ceiling panels designed to reduce reverberant noise by improving acoustic absorption within the area being treated. When installed directly below the soffit they will also improve the thermal insulation of the building. RTPanels can be bonded directly to both horizontal and vertical surfaces, this is providing the receiving substrate is free from dirt and suitably primed prior to installation.

RTPanels are extremely effective acoustically and offer an alternative and economical solution to a full suspended ceiling system. When fixed to the soffit with alternating fabric colours they can create a feature within the area being treated, enhancing the interior design.

Fire performance:

  • Plain Basotect foam complies with the Class 0 requirements of the Building Regulations when tested to BS 476-6 and BS 476-7. The selection of fabrics meets the requirements of BS 476-7 Class 1 surface spread of flame. Screen fabrics can be chemically treated to provide a Class 0 fire rating.
  • Spray painted: No fire rating.
