RonaFloor SL

Self-smoothing epoxy floor screed for seamless wearing surfaces in areas of medium foot and vehicle traffic. It is typically applied 2–3 mm thick and povides a smooth, gloss finish which is hygienic, waterproof and dustproof, with good chemical resistance and abrasion resistance.

Features:

• Bond strength: Exceeds cohesive strength of substrate concrete.

• Impact resistance: Achieves rebound value of 75 N/mm² in BRE drop hammer test.

• Mean depth of wear: Less than 0.01 mm as defined in BS 8204-2.

• Meets requirements of the Resin Flooring Association (FeRFA) classification type 5.

• Smooth texture, unless modified with slip resistant aggregate to produce variable surface texture.

Application:

• Prepare the substrate in accordance with instructions.

• Apply at least one coat of RonaFloor Epoxy Primer depending on substrate porosity.

• Drying concrete may require the application of RonaFloor Epoxy DPM.

• Apply RonaFloor SL and spread to required thickness with a notched trowel.

• If slip resistance is required, RonaFloor HB100 or HB200, incorporating slip resistant aggregate, should be applied to RonaFloor SL.
