Application

  • Suitable for for patch repairs to concrete slabs where rapid strength gain is required.
  • Suitable when low ambient temperature prevents the use of standard set mortars. 

Description

Rapid setting, high strength, modified polymer floor repair mortar, for use between 6–50 mm thick.


Features and benefits:

  • Can be applied to damp surfaces in temperatures down to -10ºC.
  • Achieves bond to concrete.
  • Frost proof when cured.
  • High early and ultimate strengths: 15 N/mm² after two hours and 53 N/mm² at 28 days.
  • Interior and exterior use.
  • Wear and impact resistance.


Application:

  • Prepare concrete in accordance with instructions.
  • Apply Ronacrete Rapid Primer.
  • Apply RonaFloor Repair 1 Hour 6–50 mm to wet or tacky primer.
  • Fully compact and tamp or trowel to achieve the required finish.
