RIW Sheetseal GR
A self-adhesive damp proofing, waterproofing and gas retardant membrane. The product provides Type A (barrier) protection in accordance with BS 8102: 2009, and is compliant with BS8485: 2015.
RIW Sheetseal GR is a cold applied, high density polyethylene film bonded to aluminium foil and coated with a bitumen/ rubber self-adhesive layer with a removable reinforced silicone release paper. Typically used to reduce the passage of methane and carbon dioxide gasses on contaminated sites. The membrane must always be covered.
Joint laps:
Side and end laps minimum 150 mm are recommended.
