The Richmond Umbrella is a sturdy commercial structure that can cover from 7sqm up to 50sqm. It has an aluminium frame and is covered with a choice of polyester and acrylic fabric.
Application
The Richmond is suitable for any outdoor setting where shade & shelter is requires such as hotels, restaurants and bars, visitor attractions, patios, play-areas, decking or any other outdoor setting.
Description
A sturdy umbrella suited to exposed and windy locations, covering from 7–50 m². The Richmond is constructed with a robust aluminium frame with 8–12 arms (dependent on size) for ultimate strength.
Features and benefits:
- Two fabric options are available – Airtex (polyester) and Sunacryl (acrylic) in a range of standard colours.
- Three shapes: round, square and rectangular
- Available in 19 different sizes
- The frame is supplied in white as standard, although can be supplied in any RAL colour.
- Suitable for wind speeds up to 102 km/h.
The Richmond umbrella has been wind tunnerl tested and is TUV approved (German Technical Inspection Association).
Also available in extra-large sizes, up to 8m (round).
Optional extras include, heating, lighting, side panels and rain gutters. Stainless steel fixings are also available for coastal and marine environments.
The Richmond is ideal for corporate branding and any logo or custom artwork can be screen printed (available at an extra cost).
The umbrella can be installed into a range of different bases including concrete foundations with in-ground sleeves, base plates or portable bases (for smaller sizes only).
Foldable design - Although the Richmond is a permanent umbrella, it can be collapsed when not in use with the hand crank supplied which can also be removed to avoid tampering.

ColorFrame: The frame is supplied in white as standard, however you can choose from any RAL colour of your choice or a pattern from our exclusive DECORAL® range, which includes pine, walnut, oak, marble, granite effect finishes. Additional costs may apply. Fabric Colour Options: There are two fabric options: Sunacryl AIRTEX ® Fire retardant fabric options are available on request. Sunacryl Fabric (acrylic material) The Sunacryl fabric offers a high effective sun protection. it provides protection from the wind, rain, light, heat and UV. Due to the solution dyed acryl fibre, this fabric is non-fading and tear resistant, this makes Sunacryl the ideal fabric for your giant umbrella and in addition easy to clean. This 200 g/m² light material is made of 100% polyester which comes with an acryl coating and impregnation on the upper side. The coating shows a special textile character.
