Description
An enhanced version of the standard Revolution 54 Plus system and features a slimline aluminium framework. This is bonded to the glass, thereby retaining both the structural stability and acoustic performance of the glass partition, whilst at the same time giving the appearance of cutting through the glass with dramatic effect. The single glazing can be offset or centred, to suit the desired aesthetic.
Features and benefits:
- Integrates with generic drywall via an aluminium tapeable glazing bar, making it a suitable solution for glazed fins or clerestory glazing, where acoustic performance and design aesthetics cannot be compromised.
- Available in two distinct designs, distinguished by the height of the frame; either 54 mm (w) x 25 mm (h) or 54 mm (w) x 50 mm (h) extrusions. Both inner and outer deflection heads are available, to suit your design intent, and each style can accommodate up to +/-25 mm or up to +/-40 mm deflection.
- The aluminium base channel can either be 25 mm or 50 mm deep, depending upon your desired aesthetic.
- Can accommodate glass panels up to 1500 mm wide, subject to height, configuration, and site logistics.
- A slimline aluminium framework is bonded to the glass vertically and horizontally, thereby retaining both the structural stability and acoustic performance of the glass partition, whilst at the same time giving the appearance of cutting through the glass. A number of unique finishes are available.
- Laboratory tested for acoustic performance in a UKAS accredited laboratory and full test reports are available upon request.
- Can achieve 33 dB (Rw) with 12 mm toughened glass and Rw38dB with 12.8 mm thick acoustic laminated glass.
- Compatible with the Edge Symmetry door, available in single or double glazed format.
- Shoreditch Edition doors come complete with their own unique range of ironmongery.
