Description

A multi-component polyaspartic/ polyurea fast cure floor system which utilizes coloured polyvinyl chloride (PVC) flakes applied to the 2 mm base coat to provide a very heavy-duty decorative flooring finish.

Preparation

Preparation of existing substrates.

Substrates must be clean, sound, dry and free of surface laitance with a minimum strength of 25 N/mm². Mechanically prepare substrate to provide a surface texture that will function as a key for the resin. Remove all dust and debris. Repair significant mechancial damage, pitting and cracks. 

Primer

Resuprime ST.

Resuseal WB Clear.

Resuprime MVT.

For use if the concrete substrate moisture levels are above 75% equilibrium relative humidity (ERH) or no damp proof membrane is present.

Elladur ML.

Base coat.

Resuflake.

Broadcast.

Elladur SF Clear.

Grout coat.

Resupen WB Matt Clear.

Seal coat.
