A range of solenoid locks based on Allgood Redlock. Allgood secure solenoid locks are available with either: 12 V d.c. (250 mA) ; 24 V d.c. (125 mA).

Application

Applicable use for security application such as entrance doors, gates, common areas of residential, commercial and corporate offices. Suitable for timber and metal doors.


Features and benefits:

  • The locks have secure, three-part, 19 mm stainless steel anti-friction and anti-thrust latchbolts.
  • The lock is reversible for inward or outward opening doors and is ‘guided’ for reduced wear.
  • Locks allow the external lever to be controlled by the continuously rated solenoid, with the internal lever always being free, to provide a means of escape.
  • Where restricted access and egress is required, both the internal and external levers can be controlled by the solenoid.
  • Includes RTE function (request to exit function) to indicate authorised exit to online access control system for product type 9945N5L, 9945N6L, 9946N5L, 9946N6L, 9945N5R, 9945N6R, 9946N5R and 9946N6R.


Performance:

  • Allgood secure locks comply with ANSI 115.1.
  • UL listed R27527.
  • Certifire approved CF 623.
  • Incorporated in successful fire test and assessed to BS EN 1634-1 and BS 476 Pt 22 up to 90 minutes on timber doors.


Monitoring:

  • Bolt: provides for a micro-switch to indicate whether the bolt of the lock is projected or retracted.
  • Cylinder: provides for a momentary contact micro-switch to indicate the use of the cylinder to retract the bolt or lock.
  • Anti-thrust bolt: provides for a micro-switch to indicate door open or closed status.
