Rapidor Freeze - Dual Curtain Cold Room Speed Door

The door has a 250 mm heated airlock between the curtains, providing an insulated zone between zones with large temperature differences. A 2.5 kW heater maintains a positive temperature in this zone to prevent icing up, whilst minimising running costs and allowing the door to be used at temperatures as low as -35°C.

The Rapidor Freeze has a zipper edge which gives the curtain an excellent seal and the ability to automatically reset in the event of impact, reducing maintenance and repair costs. This is particularly important in frozen and chilled areas where temperature loss can cause serious stock damage.

The opening speed of 1.8 m/s improves productivity and reduces energy costs due to the fast cycle time.
