Radbar High Performance DPC is a Radon resistant damp proof course. Suitable for multi-storey use this DPC performs well under compression and will not extrude under load.
Application
- Suitable for use as horizontal, vertical or stepped damp-proof courses (including cavity trays), in either solid or cavity walls of brick, stone or concrete.
- Suitable for multi-storey buildings up to 18 metres.
Description
Manufactured from a blend of high-quality virgin polymers, resulting in a high puncture and tear resistance. The product is available in grey.
Features and benefits:
- Resistant to water (including water vapour) and radon passing through the ground floor slab.
- High mortar bond properties due to its embossing.
- Complies with NHBC recommendations.
- CE and UKCA marked in accordance with BS EN 14909:2012.
- Complies with BS EN 14909:2012, BRE 211 and current UK Building Regulations in relation to Damp-Proof courses and radon protection.
