Non-combustible compound manufactured from lightweight aggregates, inorganic binders and gypsum cement.
Features and benefits:
Standards and approvals:
Tested in accordance with BS 476: Part 20: 1987. The tests were conducted on a fire compartment wall containing two series of penetrations. Results demonstrated that the integrity and insulation values of QF1 were retained for four hours.

Coverage:
One square metre at 160 mm thickness requires approximately 160 kg (8 x 20 kg sacks) of QF1 and will provide a four hour rated fire seal.
