Multiple applications where fire-resistant glazing is required including glazed partitions and doors with double-glazing options available for curtain walls and windows. 

Suitable for applications with in service temperatures between -10°C and +50°C.

Description

Fire-resistant, laminated safety glass which enhances the safety of individuals present from risks.


Features and benefits:

  • Clear, laminated fire-resistant safety glass classified to EN 13501-2 and BS 476:22.
  • Suitable for applications including glazing for partitions and doors.
  • Available in extra-large sizes (up to 4500 mm high).
  • UV, water and shock resistant.
  • Available in extra-clear glass (Clearvision).
  • Excellent transparency (LT = 87%).
  • Can be produced in all resistance classes: EW: 15–120 minutes; EI: 15–60 minutes.
  • Certified as 1B1 in accordance with EN 12600 classifying impact resistance and mode of breakage.
  • 100% Heat Soak test (HST).
  • Can be combined with all AGC thermal insulation and solar protection coatings


Please note, fire-resistant glazing must always be installed in a framing system where there is independent certification for the glazing and its intended framing system. Please consult manufacturer for technical support.
