PS Hi Flow Grout Mortar
Application

Designed for anchor or baseplate grouting in locations such as:

  • Under machinery and stanchion plates.
  • Grouting rails and bridge bearings.
  • Fixing bolts.
  • Parapet rails.

Should be mixed using water that complies with BS EN 1008 (as for concrete) – consult manufacturer for information.

Description

High fluidity grouting mortar, composed of low alkali, Portland cements and other cementitious binders, combined with high purity aggregates and compatible admixtures.

Features and benefits:

  • Will not bleed or shrink.
  • High strength.
  • Chloride-free.
  • Will compensate for shrinkage in both plastic and hardened states.
  • Can be used for grouting sections up to 100 mm thick.
  • Contains less than 3 kg/m³ of sodium oxide.
  • Can be mixed using an electric or pneumatic power tool.
  • Complies with Highway Spec 2601 for bedding mortars.

  • Yield of mixed grout (per tonne of dry powder): 0.61 m³.
  • Compressive strength: After 1 day: 15 N/mm²; after 7 days: 45 N/mm²; after 28 days: 60 N/mm².
  • Flexural strength: After 1 day: 4 N/mm²; after 7 days: 5.5 N/mm²; after 28 days: 6.5 N/mm².
  • Expansion: After 1–3 days: 0.003%.
  • Setting times: After initial coat: 4 hours (approximately); after final coat: 6 hours (approximately).
  • Flow-channel: 500 mm.
