Proofex 3000MR

Description

A cold applied flexible methane, radon and carbon dioxide resisting waterproof membrane incorporating an aluminium layer and a polymer modified bitumen compound on a high strength polymer backing film.

It provides a vapour and waterproof membrane to water excluding structures and protects concrete form attack by aggressive ground salts. The aluminium layer also provides methane, radon and carbon dioxide resistance, protection against damage and gives dimensional stability.

Angle and corner details:

Where possible, a 25 mm chamfer should be provided to all external angles prior to application of the reinforcing strip.

Joint laps:

Side and end laps minimum 50 mm and 150 mm respectively are recommended.
