Description

An intumescent fire protection laminate board based on graphite, which creates high pressure on expansion due to the effect of temperature. It is characterized in particular by an early start temperature of 150°C (approximately). It forms a stable, compact char that seals gaps or openings quickly. This ensures a secure seal against the spread of smoke and fire of the overall construction.

Features and benefits:

Resistant to atmospheric effects (light, heat, frost, ultraviolet (UV) radiation and humidity).

Free from organic solvents.

Overpainting is possible with standard paints (e.g. acrylic, chlorinated rubber, two-component epoxy resin paints, silicones, etc. Preliminary tests concerning adhesion and compatibility required, consult manufacturer for details).

Meets the requirements of EN 45545-2.
