- Pressure-locked gratings with bearing bars up to 50 x 3 mm are edged with a shaped, twice ribbed banding bar or a flat material as standard. Such gratings can also be edged with a T-profile. Pressure-locked gratings with bearing bars larger than 50 x 4 mm are edged with flat material as standard, other options may be available.
Type:
- Heavy-duty can be manufactured for many applications depending on the clear span.
- Anti-slip are punched up on the upper side. Through a variety of shaping options and combinations, rating groups up to R13 according to BGR 181 confirmed by type approval testing for various types of gratings.
- Narrow-pitch are designed to be anti-slip when installing outdoors. The rating group of R10 according to BGR 181 must be met by additional profiling of the crossbars.
- Treads consists of a specially shaped and perforated nosing, a tread made of pressure-locked gratings and perforated side panels. To facilitate site assembly, the end plates are provided with a plain hole and slotted hole each side. Perforated nosing edges increase the bearing capacity of the stair treads and contribute to a safe footing on a staircase.
- Treads special designs are also available, including shelf gratings and sun protection gratings. Manufactured in accordance with DIN 24531-1. Consult manufacturer for details.
Construction:
- In slotted bearing bars, stable cross bars are inserted.
- The high pressure and the slit formation of the bearing bars ensure a secure connection for a warp-resistant structure.
