Fire Rated Access Panels

Available fire rated up to two hours, the Zintec steel doors are finished in powder coated white and can be over painted to blend with the surrounding surface. Contract Range and Premium Range variants are available.

• The larger panels have full length piano hinges with the smaller panels using distinctive pivot hinges.
• Supplied as standard with the ‘SLIK’ invisible keyhole system.
• There are two frame options for the fire rated range. A beaded frame type (SBF) with perforated flange to key into the surrounding membrane, used where the surface has yet to be skimmed or tape and jointed. Or the picture frame, (PF), where the solid flange sits on the surface of the wall or ceiling and covers the cut edge of the aperture, used when the surface has already been finished and decorated.
• The Premium Range Metal Door can be specified with insulation and a range of locking mechanisms. An acoustic rated version is also available, providing a maximum reduction of 63 dB Rw to BS EN ISO 140-3:1995 standards.
