Partition base track acoustic isolation system, designed to provide optimal performance at an optimal cost.

Features and benefits:

• Provides the highest ratio of acoustic isolation performance against cost.

• Can be easily shaped and cut to length on site with a retractable knife.

• The system can get wet without being damaged, however it will take on water. When wet, the strips will not provide acoustic isolation and will not dry out once installed under a base channel.

• Natural frequency (fn) Single strip: 25 Hz. Double strip: 19 Hz.

• Up to 15 year warranty.

• Base track fixings – Generally M6 mechanical anchors (contractor-supplied).

• Farrat CineWALL PRO acoustic isolation strips, 5 mm thick.

• Farrat CineWALL acoustic washers.

• Structural slab, existing or contractor-supplied.
