Grey one-coat weather resistant render and basecoat for Parex decorative renders for use on internal and external vertical masonry and concrete walls.

Features and benefits:

Suitable for:

• Masonry conforming to BS 5628-3 composed of concrete blocks, clay bricks or lightweight clinker blocks.
• Shuttered concrete walls.
• Base coats conforming to BS 5262.
• Dry-stacked interlocking modular wall units, e.g. Durisol.
• Existing substrates - subject to surface preparations.
• Below DPC applications and old substrates in accordance with BS 8000 - 4 Code of Practice for Waterproofing.

Unsuitable for:

• Low density cellular lightweight AAC concrete block.
• Weak mortar or plaster (gypsum) coated constructions.
• Exposed horizontal substrates with a vertical incline above 10°. A backward incline may affect water run-off and may have a tendency to hold moisture.

Finishes:

• Fine scraped.
• Spray textured.
• Smooth spray textured.
• Sponge float finish.
• Trowel float finish.
