Material

External facing: 0.6 mm thick, coil-coated, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, with a coating as specified and a PVC protective film

Internal facing: 0.5 mm thick, coil-coated, hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, with a 25 μm thick polyester coating and a PVC protective film

Core: Polyisocyanurate (PIR)/ polyurethane rigid foam, manufactured in a continuously foamed process. Approximately 95% closed cells, securely attached to the steel sheet. No chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) or halogenated chlorofluorocarbons due to the pentane foam process

Panel connection:

Tongue and groove system up to 80 mm thickness, and labyrinth system greater than 100 mm thickness. The exterior and interior sheet steel covers are not connected to each other. The integrated seal ensures optimum wind proofing. The panels interlink with no thermal bridge.

  • Thermal conductivity (core): 0.019 W/m·K.
  • Density (core): 40 kg/m³.
  • Fire behaviour (to BS EN 13501-1): Euroclass B-s1, d0.
  • Manufacturing tolerances: In accordance with BS EN 14509.
  • Sound insulation: 60 mm and 80 mm thick core: 26 dB; ˃100 mm thick core: 27 dB.
  • Temperature resistance: 90°C.
