Polypropylene studded membrane with mesh facing for direct application of plaster or render.
Oldroyd Xp is designed for damp-proofing internal walls and vaulted ceilings above or below ground and is manufactured from stable polypropylene, formed into a pattern of raised studs. Polypropylene mesh is heat welded in the manufacturing process to the surface of one side. The studs face the wall and create air channels.
The mesh provides an excellent key for various renders and plasterwork.
Oldroyd Xp is inert and stable under high pressure and is highly resistant to water, alkalis, saline solutions and acids. It is also resistant to bacteria, fungi and other small organisms.
