Novia VC200 Reflective Air and Vapour Control Layer

A highly reflective airtight vapour-control layer (AVCL). Delivers a low vapour permeability solution and helps to prevent interstitial condensation problems.

Must be installed with Novia dual tape sealing system to provide a fully airtight seal. Consult manufacturer for information.

Tape:

• For professional installation, all Novia® VCL products should be 100% fully sealed to the structure using a Novia® double-sided butyl tape and one of the foil or BOPP lap tapes. The wider the tape used, the stronger the final seal will be and the easier it will be to install.

• Novia® recommends the 30 mm wide butyl tape and 60 mm metallized BOPP tape for all standard VCL installations.

Application:

For use in insulated wall, roof and floor applications requiring high moisture resistance. Also suitable for use in conjunction with Novia breather membranes for insulated frame applications.
