Application

Monorail facade cleaning systems.

Description

A facade cleaning system moving horizontally and vertical over aluminium rail (monorail) connected with special brackets to the facade. Suitable as either one or two person platform. The platform can be achieved either by means of manual or automatic special made movement hoists. Vertical movement is performed via the climbing hoists' mechanism located on the working platform.

All movements can be controlled via a control panel inside the platform. Monorail arms (brackets) can be mounted on the facade front, on the parapet, inside of the parapet, on the concrete floor or under the eaves. Damage on the facade glass is prevent via the means of two polyurethane wheels/ bumpers. Double security wire ropes, safety lock system and wire rope tension provide a safe working environment. Over load sensor, lower collision bar, upper and lower limit switches prevent operator errors. Manufactured in accordance with EN 1808.
