Application

The system is suitable for ventilated façades in new and refurbishment projects with the following cladding materials:

Description

The ventilated façade one layer system consists of thermal bridge-free brackets (MFT-FOX VT), and mounting element (MFT-UNI), specifically designed for vertical one layer substructure in combination with wooden battens. The thermal bridge-free brackets are designed with both fixed and flexible point, using specially designed stainless steel screws S-AD, to allow expansion of the profile. Wooden battens are fastened to the mounting element with stainless steel screws.

  • Powder coated bracket base plate for corrosion resistance.

  • Brackets can be installed using a range of methods - anchors, screws and direct fastening.
  • Aluminium profiles according to EN 755-2; EN 573-3; EN 12020-2; EN 1090-3; EN AW 6063 T66 and EN1090.
  • Substructures can be designed with PROFIS Façade to create technically sound, cost-efficient solutions.
  • Thermal bridge calculation in accordance with EN ISO 10211-1.
