Memtech LGB - Cold applied bitumen solutions


A ready-to-use, styrene butadiene latex-based, liquid-applied gas membrane. It offers continuous protection against the ingress of radon, methane, carbon dioxide, ground gas, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), air and moisture into buildings. As the product is a barrier to moisture, it can also be used as a damp-proof membrane (DPM) on walls and floors.

The membrane can be applied by brush, roller or airless spray. A minimum dry-coated thickness of 1.0 mm is needed to provide a gas barrier. To achieve this, a total of 2 kg/m² is required. It should not be applied in wet conditions or in temperatures below 7°C.

Delta Memtech LGB is compatible with loose laid membranes supplied by Delta Membrane Systems Ltd, such as Delta Memtech M1, Delta Memtech R1,Delta MS Membranes and Delta Memtech-TITAN.
