MB-SG50 And SEMI Facade System

The MB-SG50 system enables us to build curtain walling systems completely glazed with no external visible aluminium, giving an impression of an all-glass, smooth surface from the outside. The products come as prefabricated units from the manufacturing site, which ensures quality and reduces on-site assembly. MB-SG50 base system variety features glazing units integrated together with the use of silicone sealant. The system carries a thermal barrier and triple insulation system of gaskets that provides enhanced thermal insulation, as well as watertightness and air permeability. Also available is a semi-structural, capped variant: MB-SG50 SEMI.

Features and benefits:

• The gap between glazing unit is 16 mm.

• Front glass joint silicone sealed.

• The opening window looks identical to a fixed light from outside.

Performance:

• Air permeability to EN 12153:2002U and EN 12152:2002U: Class A4.

• Watertightness to EN 12155:2002U and EN 12154:2002U: Class R7.

• Wind load resistance to EN 12179:2002U and EN 13116:2002U: 1430 Pa. MB-SG50 SEMI: 1637 Pa.

• Thermal insulation (Uf): Measured individually.
