Langley TA - 20 Bitumen Membrane Cold Roof Waterproofing System

This cold roof system, is a torch applied SBS elastomeric membrane system for flat or sloping roofs.

Features and benefits:

• TA-20 C membranes are covered by MOAT 31 (Reinforced Homogenous coverings of SBS Elastomeric Bitumen).

• The cap sheet is available in dark grey. For delineating walkways, an alternative cap sheet is available in bauxite red.

• Parafor 30 GS achieves a ‘resistance to damage’ rating R4 (the highest level of acceptance) under MOAT 31.

• EPD Certification for bitumen membranes

• In accordance with guidance outlined within NHBC technical requirements for flat roofs and balconies.
