Glass mineral wool rolls, designed for use in

cold lofts where pitched roofs are insulated at ceiling level.

They are non-combustible with the best possible Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification, and are manufactured using the manufacturer's exclusive bio-based binder, ECOSE® Technology.

Available in the following formats, giving a wide range of choice to suit specific installation requirements:

• Combi-cut rolls
• Ready-cut rolls
• Uncut rolls
• Short length, combi-cut rolls

Features and benefits:

• Manufactured in two different options; long lengths to allow quick and simple installation maximizing efficiency, and shorter lengths for ease of handling on-site.
• Combi-cut products are supplied partially perforated, providing the flexibility to be used between joists or used uncut as a full-width roll as a top-up layer, maximizing on-site efficiency.
• Compression packed and lightweight for easy handling and moving around a site.
• Awarded the DECLARE 'Red List Free' label which means it is free of any harmful chemicals listed on the Living Building Challenge (LBC) Red List.
• A+ generic BRE Green Guide rating.
• Easier to install correctly than other insulants such as rigid boards as they adapt to any slight imperfections in the substrate and knit together, eliminating any air gaps. Evidence shows the absence of air gaps is crucial to achieving real performance in the relevant application.
• Durability: Odourless, rot proof, non-hygroscopic, do not sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.

Available as partially cut rolls for use with:

• Timber joists at 400 mm centres;
• Timber joists at 600 mm centres;
• Unsplit as a full width roll;
• Partially cut, shorter length rolls;
• Ready cut rolls for use between joists at 600 mm centres.

All of the manufacturer's glass mineral wool products have been awarded the DECLARE ‘Red List Free’ label. Having the ‘Red List Free’ label means that there are no ingredients in the product that are on the red list, including formaldehyde or phenol.
