Application
Suitable for Type 1 Masonry – Masonry Wall Ties, e.g. WT1, ST1 and Basalt Fiber Composite wall ties.
Suitable for Frame Cramp Ties and Channel Ties.
Description
Designed to work with majority of Frame Cramps and Type 1 Ties. The Keyfix Non-combustible Insulation Retaining Disc (NCRD) has a bespoke patented spring loaded action, which clamps the NCRD to the main body of the wall tie. The clamping action enables the disc to slide along the tie to retain the insulation in its required position.
Features and benefits:
- Under normal service conditions, lifespan is 125+ years.
- Available in minimum order quantity of 1000 pieces.
- Suitable for Type 1 Masonry – Masonry Wall Ties, e.g. WT1, ST1 and Basalt Fiber Composite wall ties.
- Suitable for Frame Cramp Ties and Channel Ties.
- Manufactured from Grade 1.4301 (AISI 304) Stainless Steel, as standard.
- Can be manufactured from Grade 1.4401 (AISI 316), if required.
