Suitable for high security sites such as banks, embassies, bullion depots, cargo parks, ports and lorry parks. Terra Bollards have been proven to stop vehicles, providing HVM, counter terrorist, impact-resistant barriers preventing vehicle as a weapon attack.
The automatic rising bollard has been impact tested to the International IWA 14 Specification, stopping a 7.2 tonnes vehicle travelling at 30 mph. Hydraulically driven Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) Bollard. IWA 14 Classification Code: V/7200[N2A]/48/90:0.0. Zero penetration.
The fully automatic, easy glide hydraulically driven rising bollard provides outstanding protection from the threat of VBIED's. The bollard has been designed to complement Frontier Pitts' Static Terra Venus Bollard diameter.. IWA 14 Classification Code: V/7200[N2A]/48/90:0.0. Zero penetration.
The system includes a hydraulic control cabinet, which is recommended to be installed within 10 m of the bollard system.
