Description

Isocrete Isogran is a modified granolithic wearing screed incorporating Isocrete Polymer 70 to provide a tough, hardwearing heavy duty floor. It is used to provide a strong wear resistant, heavy duty flooring suitable for store rooms, workshops, plant rooms, service areas in offices, hospitals, laundries, etc. It must be laid bonded to suitably prepared in situ concrete floors but is not recommended for use on precast concrete plank or beam and block construction. Isogran can be used for treads and risers on staircases and can be used to form coved skirtings against concrete or sound block and brickwork.

Thickness:

  • Single layer screed, bonded: 20–50 mm.
  • Two layer screed, bonded: 50–80 mm. First layer is laid semi dry, immediately followed by a 30 mm layer of finishing grade material laid monolithic with the base.
  • Staircase treads, bonded: Minimum 25 mm.
  • Staircase risers, bonded: Minimum 20–30 mm.
