Intumastic

A fire rated mastic for internal use, containing acrylic emulsion, inert fillers and fungicide, suitable for linear joint widths of 0–35 mm and movement details of 30–150 mm. Available in white or grey and can be over-painted using acrylic paints (must be fully cured before over-coating).

Applications:

Firetherm Intumastic may be used to fire seal linear joints between substrates in compartment locations. It may also be used in movement joints and offers a movement capability of up to 30%.

It may also be used for fire and smoke sealing around cables, steel pipes, copper pipes, cable trays, combustible pipes, dampers and ducting.
