A single component, water based acrylic primer designed to stabilize and seal concrete floors prior to the application of Intercrete products.
Application
Specifically designed to stabilize and seal cementitious floors prior to the application of the Intercrete range of cementitious coatings.
Depending upon the condition of the substrate and any exposed steel reinforcement, additional surface preparation products from the Intercrete range may be required prior to the application of Intercrete 4850. Consult International Protective Coatings for further details.
The following topcoats are recommended for Intercrete 4850:
- Intercrete 4840.
- Intercrete 4851.
Description
Features and benefits:
- High penetration to reduce the risk of outgassing from concrete substrates and to increase the adhesion of subsequent layers of Intercrete cementitious coatings and mortars.
- Pale blue, matt finish.
- Stabilizes and seals concrete floors.
