Intercrete® 4802


Specifically designed for the structural repair of concrete structures such as runways, bridges, decks and floors, which cannot be taken out of service for prolonged periods. Intercrete 4802 exhibits a combination of curing at low temperatures, complete compatibility with concrete and consistent strength development making it the ideal choice where rapid return to service is required. This product can be used for repairs up to 100 mm deep as supplied. For deeper repairs of up to 300 mm, Intercrete 4802 can be combined with a non-porous aggregate of particle size 6–10 mm (e.g. granite) to form a pourable concrete.

Depending upon the condition of the substrate and any exposed steel reinforcement, additionalsurface preparation products from the Intercrete range may be required prior to the application ofIntercrete 4802.

  • Intercrete 4850.
  • Intercrete 4870.
