Width (maximum):

Panels:

The insulated solid door panels are 610 x 40 mm thick in a stucco design, composed of CFC free foam in an aluminium frame.

• Insulated value of K: 0.76 m²K.

• Sound reduction: 20 dB.

• Wind resistance: Class 3.

• Water penetration: Class 2.

• Air permeability: Class 2.

• Double glazed acrylic panoramic windows are 17 mm thick with an insulation value of K 2. 8 W/m².

Hardware:

Comprises of integrated hinges, standard in stainless steel with powder coating.

Guide tracks:

174 x 90 mm galvanized steel.

Seals:

All HAG Z Door sectional doors have rubber seals between the door panels and surrounding the door outer edges ensuring a tight draft seal. Also as standard are rails and finger protection with warning strips.

Operation:

• A three phase IP54 motor with either a crank handle or low level hand chain operates the sectional door in conjunction with a cable tension system incorporated at high level.

• To ensure CE legislation is fully complied with EN-12604 and EN 12453, a fall save safety device is fitted.

• An automatic lock system is engaged when in the closed position to prevent unauthorised entry.
