Car Park Waterproofing System

Description

Two-component polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)-based waterproofing resin. Requires mixing with IKO Polimar FCS (Fast Curing System) Catalyst before use - consult manufacturer for details.


Features and benefits:

  • Each layer will cure in approximately 20 minutes for an easy, quick application.
  • Provides seamless waterproofing of all areas, including complex upstands.
  • Highly flexible and crack-bridging, even in extreme cold temperatures.
  • Permanently weather-resistant (high and low temperatures, UV rays, hydrolysis).
  • Fall to achive 1:80.

IKO Polimar FCS Primer.

Guidance for specification option:

IKO Polimar FCS (Fast Curing System) Primer is a two-component, fast-reactive combination primer for interface details and upstands with changing substrate materials. Must be mixed with IKO Polimar FCS (Fast Curing System) Catalyst prior to installation.


IKO Polimar FCS Concrete primer.

Guidance for specification option:

IKO Polimar FCS (Fast Curing System) Concrete Primer is a non-pigmented yellow primer based on a two-component fast-reactive and fast-curing polymethyl methacrylate resin, for the preparation of absorbent substrates such as concrete and screeds.

IKO Polimar FCS Low viscosity primer.

Guidance for specification option:

IKO Polimar FCS (Fast Curing System) Low Viscosity Primer is a two-component, fast-curing, low-viscosity primer with good penetration properties on porous substrates.

KO Polimar FCS (Fast Curing System) Wear Course Powder is a grey flexible self-levelling mortar is a three component system used as a protective layer for trafficked areas, such as roof terraces, balconies and multi-storey car parks. 

Storage

Store products sealed in their original airtight container and in a cool, dry and frost-free place.

Guidance for specification option:

The unopened product has a shelf life of at least 6 months after

delivery. Direct sunlight on the containers should be avoided, including on site.

Application temperature

Application can proceed when the air temperature is between +3°C and +35°C.
