Application
Designed to penetrate and seal dusty or porous substrates of masonry, concrete, cementitious screeds or renders, existing bituminous or asphalt waterproofing, structural steelwork and other metals, prior to the application of bituminous membranes.
Description
A low viscosity, black, bitumen priming solution consisting of high quality elastomeric bitumen and hydrocarbon solvent. Designed to seal and improve the adhesion of bituminous waterproofing membranes.
Features and benefits:
- Compatible with most building materials with which it is likely to come into contact with. However, spillage on to hydrocarbon-based materials, such as bitumen membranes and mastic asphalt, may cause some softening of those surfaces if left unattended.
