Details:
IAE’s Blore Ball Top Railing is a decorative metal fencing system designed to provide an elegant solution to enclosing outside spaces.
The Blore system is available in two standard heights of 1000mm and 1200mm. Special heights can be designed and manufactured on request.
The railing panels are made from carbon steel which is hot dip galvanised to BS EN 1461 standards. An optional polymer powder coating finish can be applied with a choice of colours available.
The panel is made up of 12mm diameter round vertical bars welded to 40x8mm flat horizontal rails at 110mm centres to form a solid structure. The panel is topped with a ball top decorative finial.
The fencing panels are supplied with 50x50 square hollow section posts.
The posts include welded ball top finials and pre-cut holes for panel fittings.
For full length fencing panels in long fencing runs the posts need to be installed spaced at 2000mm centres. Post centres can be reduced for bespoke length panels where required.
The panels are fitted to the posts using loose angle cleats and secured in place using bolts and permacone security fasteners.
The loose angle cleats are slotted and allow for some flexibility when installing the panels.
The slots allow the cleats to be slid up and down and can account for inclines of up to 0.6 degrees along the fencing run.
Specially designed and manufactured fencing panels can be supplied for inclines over 0.6 degrees.
Gates:
Matching gates are available.
1000mm wide pedestrian gates are available as standard.
Bespoke gates can also be designed and manufactured to order.
