HR Composite & NOFIRNO System

NOFIRNO HR (Multi) cable and pipe transit sealing system consisting of accordance with BS EN 1366-3 for cable and pipe penetrations HR sleeves for sandwich and composite panels.

NOFIRNO HR (Multi) circular cable and pipe transit sealing system consists of HR conduit sleeves (round) (FLC/FLCC/TLC) and the coamings (square/rectangular) both types of frames have been developed to accommodate the NOFIRNO sealing system for all types of cable and pipe transits systems in to sandwich and composite panels. 

Flanges and adapter pipes (round) are designed to provide up to a maximum opening size of 250 mm and maximum depth of 300mm.

NOFIRNO flanges and coamings, square/rectangular frames can provide a maximum opening size of 300 x 150 mm. The adapter pipes/coamings have a length of 300 mm and can be cut to correct wall thickness.

HR split modular square frames have been developed to accommodate cable and pipe applications that have be installed before any type of frame has been fitted, the sections of frames come split enabling them to be placed round existing cables and pipes and then bolted together using NOFIRNO gasket between each flange. Frames can be secured to the wall with a Nofirno Split Gasket or a layer of NOFIRNO sealant, these frames provide the ability to expand the frame to any given penetration width.

The openings are sealed using a combination of NOFIRNO multi filler sleeves, sealant (available in five colours).
